Let me start by saying who doesn't love Mac and Cheese? My father in law makes this decadent mac and cheese where he hand shreds at least four types of cheese, adds in tons of butter and half cooks the penne pasta (I know not macaroni, but it works) and then bakes it for an hour and a half.) It is amazing, and instantly puts the consumer in a food coma.
This pasta is not that pasta, but compared to Kraft's macaroni and cheese which would be a Pinto of the car world, Annie's GF White Cheddar Mac and cheese is a BMW.
The texture isn't too strange, the flavor is great! I give it a 7.5/10. I may have to change this rating if I make it with real milk. I used vanilla almond milk (It was all I had!).
