So what I will say is that right before starting GF I had just eaten a really delicious hot gooey chocolate chip cookie which are my favorite type. I don't like when cookies are hard, and not melty.
With that being said.....
These cookies are moist, chewy, gooey, and all around awesome!
I am not sure if the cookie's harden fast because I ate them too quickly!
They fall apart easier then a "typical" cookie, but again this can be remedied if you actually let them cool. The final batch I made I was full so they were able to cool, and then they held up well.
With that being said I give these cookies a 10/10!
I bought these from Meijer's and they were less then $3.00 and made 24 cookies the size of plum/peach.
