This delicious looking pizza pie is from a place called Genova Pizzeria in Canton, MI. They are very good about cross contamination (topping/cheese/sauce/crust/tools separate area).
The base price is $8.50 for a cheese pizza. (again the size of a small pizza).
The great thing about this place is you can get any pizza for an upcharge of $1.50 for gluten free pizza. So this pretty pizza is considered one of their specialty pies which are all $10. So for a 5 item GF pizza it is $11.50.
Now the verdict!
This is the best GF pizza I have had yet! The cheese was amazing, the toppings plentiful, the crust and cheese baked to perfection.
They bake the pizza in a wood fire oven.
Ah-Mazing! If you are in the Canton, MI area go... NOW!
